Return Policy
For standard (non-customized) items offered in our shop, you have 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with current legislation.
The product must be returned in perfect condition, unworn and unwashed.
Customized items or items prepared specifically for each customer (e.g., items printed according to individual choice) are not eligible for the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.
However, a return is still possible in case of a defect, an error on our part, or a damaged product.
To make a return, please contact us via the contact form available on our website. We will provide you with the necessary instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective, damaged, or shipped in error.
Any returned item must be in its original condition.
Damage resulting from mishandling, washing, or improper use will not be considered a manufacturing defect and will not be eligible for a refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. We will evaluate the issue and offer an appropriate solution (replacement or refund).
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including made-to-order products, such as clothing, accessories, or items printed after the order. These items are made specifically for each customer and cannot be restocked, in accordance with current legislation. For this reason, returns or exchanges due to a size error or a change of mind are not possible.
Please consult our size guide carefully before placing an order.
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned either.
However, if your item is defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will be happy to offer you a replacement or an appropriate solution.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We do not offer exchanges for size errors.
14-day cooling off period for European Union
In accordance with European legislation, you have a 14-day period to cancel or return your order without justification, provided that the product is standard, non-customized, in its original condition, unworn or unused, with its tags and in its original packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us via the contact form available on our website.
